Warehouse \ Distribution Center
Custom Mounts ships most of its items from our warehouse in Arizona. Occasionally we will ship from other warehouses. We DO NOT have a will call facility for customer pickup or a retail storefront.

We do everything we can to process your order quickly, depending on how busy our warehouse is, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order, This includes express orders.

Currently Fedex and UPS have postponed their Date Guarantee, No shipments are guaranteed on any date, We cannot refund shipping for packages not delivered by Fedex and UPS.


Returns
CustomMounts.com, offers a 20 day return policy, All returns MUST HAVE AN RMA. To obtain an RMA, please email us at Sales@CustomMounts.com. All returns must be NEW & UNUSED and in their ORIGINAL packaging. There is a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Plus shipping costs if you received free shipping. If the return is incomplete or not in the same condition as received, no credit can be issued. All claims for items missing or damaged items upon receiving them, must be reported within 5 days of delivery.
Warranties
The RAM Mounting systems carry a LIFETIME WARRANTY, against defects and is covered through the manufacture. If you have a warranty issue please contact us so that we can provide you with a quick and easy solution to the issue. GDS Tech items have a 3 Year Warranty. Electronic Items vary in warranty.
Errors & Omissions
CustomMounts.com is not responsible for errors and typos in our website or any printed material. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
Special Orders
Special Orders are not returnable or refundable. Any order with quantities of more than 10 pieces is considered a special order of stocking and non stocking items .
